A fee was charged for my first Exedra Pass purchase.

The trial period (free trial) can be used once per Apple or Google account for each pass.

For this reason, even if your game account has changed, if the store account used for that purchase has already used the trial period in the past, you will be charged a fee for the first month. Keep this in mind when purchasing Exedra Passes.

Note that the use of the trial period is determined by the store, and the app cannot confirm if it has been used or how usage was determined. Please contact the store's customer support for further details.
