As reflections in account data may be delayed, please try the following.
- Close the app and restart it.
- Restart the device you are using.
- Within the app, go to Menu > Options and try using Restore Monthly Pass Subscription Info.
- Sign out of your store account, then upon signing in, try the above once again.
* It may take time for data to be reflected, so please wait a moment before trying again.
If the issue persists after trying the above, it is possible that your device is experiencing some kind of process overload, preventing the purchased Exedra Pass from being reflected in the app.
Also note that after a purchase, it may take 2 to 3 days for it to be reflected in the app due to issues such as server communication delays on the store's end.
If your purchase is not reflected after 2 to 3 days has passed, please contact us.
