If the union master has not logged in for at least 30 days, or their account has been deleted, then their privileges will be transferred automatically based on the following priority.
If there is a union submaster: The union submaster will become the new union master.
If there is no union submaster: The most recently logged in member becomes the new union master.
Upon transfer of union master privileges, the message "[User Name] is now the union master" will appear in the union log.
