If the data transfer was completed successfully, this is no issue with deleting (uninstalling) the app from your original device.
* The same applies when starting your gameplay on the mobile version and then linking your data to the Steam version.
Note that by deleting your account through selecting "Menu > Options > Delete Account" in the app, it cannot be restored.
